The story behind the piece
Aláwọ̀ Textile House cuts its own metal stencils and applies the starch resist panel by panel, aligning each repeat by eye before the cloth goes into the indigo vat.
Materials & care
100% cotton. Hand wash cold, separately. Dry in the shade and iron while slightly damp for a crisp finish. Wipe spills promptly.
How to use it
Lay along the centre of a dining table, sideboard or console. The longer size suits tables seating six to eight.

Aláwọ̀ Textile House is a Lagos design studio dedicated to Adire for the home. The studio develops large-format pieces, from table linen to wall textiles, combining hand-printed resist patterns with careful composition so that traditional motifs read beautifully in contemporary interiors.
