The story behind the piece
Made from the offcuts of Àrà Craft Studio's larger pieces, every journal cover makes use of beautiful cloth that would otherwise go to waste.
Materials & care
Outer: hand-dyed cotton; lining: cotton. Spot clean only. Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight to preserve the indigo.
How to use it
Slip a standard notebook into the sleeves and replace it when full. A thoughtful gift for writers, planners and sketchers.
Shipping & returns
Made and dispatched from Nigeria within 3–5 working days. Delivery times and costs are confirmed at checkout. If your piece arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Because each piece is hand-dyed, small variations in pattern and shade are part of its character and are not considered faults.
Meet the maker
Àrà Craft Studio is a small Lagos workshop that turns hand-dyed Adire into objects for everyday use. Working with dyers in Abeokuta, the team cuts, lines and stitches each piece in-house, pairing traditional cloth with sturdy linings, clean finishes and practical design.
