How delivery and returns work for handmade pieces.
- Dispatch
- Pieces are prepared by the maker and dispatched from Nigeria, usually within 3–5 working days of payment.
- Delivery charges
- Any delivery charge is shown in your order summary before you pay.
- Order updates
- You can follow payment and fulfilment status in your account under My orders.
- Damaged or incorrect items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Handmade character
- Each piece is hand-dyed, so small variations in pattern and shade are part of its character rather than faults.
